Jan 2016 election changes edit

Branch of Government vs. Parliament? edit
How is the fact that the Legislative Yuan is a branch of government opposed to it being considered a parliament? Are parliaments not considered branches of government? I don't understand the distinction that is being hinted at. LacrimosaDiesIlla (talk) 00:58, 19 February 2019 (UTC)
